“For years, Brother Tim Carter has been walking around praying, praising and worshiping GOD, helping to break down the walls of Jericho for the West Atlanta community.”
- Dan T. Cathy, Chairman/President/CEO of fast-food chain Chick-Fil-A
Out of the mouth of babes
During a Transform West Summit / Westside Volunteer Corp community outside celebration, a ten year old, Black girl spoke to Brother Tim Carter and said, “Sir, thank you for walking around and showing joy.”
For the last 9 years, Brother Tim Carter has been living in West Atlanta helping people throughout Metro Atlanta and the State of Georgia as well as around the country and the world through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, radio, television, Youtube, and his smartphone.
Police Misconduct Metro Atlanta
During his first time visiting to Metro Atlanta 13 years ago, he was profiled, arrested, handcuffed, assaulted, framed, falsely arrested and jailed by a Black Dekalb County police officer who attempted to cover up the assault with the help of his supervisors despite eyewitnesses. This officer has been investigated by DeKalb County interval affairs three times by three different people, has been exonerated all three times and still has his job. 13 years ago, Brother Tim Carter sought help from lawyers and was told to not to pursue anything, because he was beaten up, shot or killed and that Dekalb County is known for this type of behavior. Atlanta Journal Constitution and WSB-TV have done stories on Dekalb County, the City of Atlanta and throughout Metro Atlanta of the ten of thousands of reports filed regarding police misconduct being overlooked by those in a position to bring about change for the victims of police misconduct like myself. Twice, I have been a victim of police misconduct in Metro Atlanta, in Dekalb County and in the City of Atlanta. Police misconduct led me to homelessness where I slept at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport and Piedmont Park. Police misconduct led me to be arrested and charged with a crime, after I called for help from being a victim of violence. Metro Atlanta makes millions, possibly billions from the legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., as people travel here to visit, tour and relocate here, but violates the civil and human rights of tens of thousands that visit, travel and reside here. SHAME ON METRO ATLANTA !!!
Arts & Entertainment
In pursuit of a career as a doctor, an officer in the military and an artist, destiny called Brother Tim Carter into ministry.
Born from the womb of an R&B singer, this once discovered talent by Warner Brothers at 20 in NYC during the 90s, as an R&B singer and triple threat talent, is making a global comeback into the industry after traveling the East Coast and Southeast for 14 years helping people.
With a background that ranges from Arts education and Arts therapy to international affairs, he was and is destined to be a servant leader to the world, not just the church.
8 years ago, he came back to the same community that once saved his life and has dedicated his life to this community, helping the people, the children, the teenagers, the women, the men, the families, the churches, the nonprofit organizations, the businesses, artists, business leaders, government officials, government agencies, and corporations, but more importantly the least of these, the country and the world and he’s doing it all - from the streets of Atlanta.
